How every matter starts
Each matter starts with a consultation where we hear the facts and review the documents. We then explain the legal position in plain language, including its strengths and weaknesses, the options available and what each option costs in time and effort.
If the client decides to take legal action, we agree the scope of work and fees before starting, and keep the client informed at every stage.
